If this is your teen’s first time visiting our Misfit Youth Service, please fill out the form below so we can be ready to welcome them!

Our Misfit Youth Service takes place on Friday nights.  Doors open at 7:30 PM, and service begins at 8:00 PM. Get there early to meet the team before service starts. When you arrive, just let one of our Hosts know you’re a new family—they’ll be happy to guide you. We can’t wait to meet you!
